The only open team-of-4 tournament in the UK

All early rounds and semi-finals of our tournaments are played in the UK with the Finals being held in Spain.

The event first staged in 1984 is open to any team-of 4 players, as long as they all belong to a golf club. The qualifying rounds are in regions in a mini league format with each team playing two games at HOME and two AWAY. For each match, the team captain produces two pairs who will play a 4-ball better-ball match over 18 holes. 3/4 difference in handicaps will apply.

Teams may vary from round to round. Handicap limits are up to 18 for men and 28 for ladies. The top two teams in each group proceed to UK semi-finals staged nationwide. Twelve teams-of-four will win a trip to our Champions Week © finals in Spain.

Entry fee will be a one-off £120 per team. All finalists will be invited to be our guest at our Champions Week ©, a 7-day festival of golf playing various courses, including Finca Cortesin venue of Volvo World Matchplay and staying at 4-star hote such as lthe AGH Golf & Spa Hotel near Estepona, Spain.
